Registration Fee   (non-refundable) - 1st award level . . . $    750
(Payable with submission of CAAHEP Request for Accreditation Services.
Valid for 12 months within which the self study report must be submitted.)

1 Consists of a non-refundable administrative fee ($750) and an assessment toward the
actual site visit costs.  Costs in excess of $1950 are invoiced separately after the site visit.

2 Invoiced annually and due no later than December 31 for the following calendar year.

  

 


The award level is the diploma/certificate or degree that is bestowed upon the individual at the completion of the curriculum that prepares that individual for entry into the profession and eligibility for the national credentialing examination. A second award level within a single institution is eligible for accreditation only if individuals are separately matriculated and do not automatically qualify for the first award level.  For any questions, contact William W Goding, Executive Director.
