The 2011 Annual Report
(AR) is available and on-line, provided by CAAHEP.

Detailed Directions [pdf 1.8MB] are available to explain how to complete each TAB of the AR.
To complete the AR:
(1) Enter the data/information in ALL tabs of the AR...
(a) For Enrollment & Retention - enter data on all
classes of students enrolled since the
date of CAAHEP
accreditation;
(b) For Outcomes - enter outcomes data for any
graduated classes;
(2) Write a Detailed Analysis and an Action Plan for any outcome measure
that does not meet
the CoA PSG
threshold.
(3) Update all information in the AR, as necessary.
To submit the AR:
Deadline: December 31, 2011
(1) Click on 'Create, Review, and/or Submit the Annual Report'
(2) 'Generate' the pdf report (as often as necessary) to check the
accuracy and save your copy;
(3) Click on 'Submit a copy of the Annual Report via email to the CoA'
to file the report.
